The PC display on the TV always looks perfectly fine, but the mirrored display of the PC on the BenQ monitor has way too high of contrast. One other potential issue is that my PC (which plugs into the BenQ) also plugs into a large TV (mirrors the image). Likewise, the Windows 10 PC has a "Windows HD Color settings" menu, but under Display Capabilities it already says "No" for the HDR capabilities. I also unplugged the Mac HDMI cable while looking at the PC connection, and it did not fix the way it displays. However there is no HDR checkbox for the BenQ in the Mac Catalina Display settings. I have read that turning off HDR mode in the Mac will fix unlock the non-HDR mode on the BenQ across all inputs. The Mac appears normal, and the Picture Mode on the BenQ automatically goes to "sRGB". I primarily use a Mac (HDMI), but I also have a PC (Display Port). My PC always has way too high of contrast on this monitor, and I noticed that the Picture options on the BenQ show "HDR and Cinema HDR" as the only selectable options.
